Workout today

I felt pretty good on my run. I'm glad I got to run with someone. I think that always makes things feel easier. It wasn't particularly hard. By the end I could feel the fatigue from the 10 miler. I ran some 200s in about 32 seconds so I was happy with that. 

On Thursday I'll do some hills. I feel really tired right now. A good sleepy tired.
