But I also feel very grateful, because my parents and grandparents have helped me so much with money. I don't feel independent in a lot of ways, but there's no law on when you should start becoming someone who only relies on themselves to be successful. There have been times when I am garbage, like when I think I'll never make it in life because my parents pull out of helping me with certain things (like health insurance...boy howdy am I scared to turn 26 next month), but then I do what you say here, and just work hard and try to stay positive, and it's all okay.
Not garbage. Imagine if you were actively exploiting others for money, then considering that valuable work! That's garbage. You do something of immense value. And write dope comics.
