Why would 2.0 ask why people would assume he's a dude when nobody mentioned that people assume he's a dude?
I think 2.0 is responding to Andy's statement about the cartoon rule of making seemingly genderless characters male. And 2.0 may even be a more extreme example than Crab or Bird. Yet the rule holds.
